WebJun 1, 2024 · Quick Facts: In order to receive care at the CHC, patients who are eligible need to register through the Health Connect Registry. The CHC is located at the Pacific Centre Family Services Association at 324 Goldstream Ave. The centre is open Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. WebNB Health Link has been developed to eventually replace Patient Connect NB as the provincially-managed, bilingual patient registry for New Brunswickers without access to a family doctor or nurse practitioner. Patient Connect NB has focused on assigning people to a doctor or nurse practitioner on a first-come, first-serve basis.
