WebI.ve found a solution of sorts. Use opera browser. It works. Samsung internet, chrome, firefox all don.t work. I then saved cnn as a home page. Opera then creates a short cut link on ur home page. When u wamt to read cnn just click the shortcut link and away u go. It works for mw on note 9 and note 8.
