Philosophy electives

WebbWhen I did my undergraduate degree, I took a sociology elective, two philosophy electives and a psychology elective. The things I learned in those courses come up more in conversation than any part of my actual degree, and have helped me understand the broader scope of human knowledge. I am quite happy after-the-fact that I took them. WebbStudents who complete all four Perspectives courses, plus two philosophy elective courses, fulfill the requirements for a major in Philosophy. Admission to the Perspectives concentration in philosophy comes at the end of the sophomore year. A minimum GPA of 3.50 will be required for admission.
